super clean facility, very helpful staff! Lizette at the Westchester location was so kind & patient with all questions I had. I was able to move in my storage unit same day which was extremely helpful! I will be using them for all my storage needs in the future.

Okay this place is AMAZING! Marcela in the front office was so helpful, walked us up to our unit and even taught us to use the lock. We checked out other places (that were terrible), and are so glad we found this spot. This location at Osage is new and so clean - elevators, dollys, parking all great.

I called first and all of my questions were answered. When I arrived the staff was welcoming and friendly. Lisette and Marlena. I was shown the spaces I was interested in and able to measure for accuracy in choosing best space size for my needs.Clean and well lit.

Lizette! Let me tell you she made my life so much easier. I am in the middle of a remodel due to damage to my home. Lizette took her time. Shared all my options and helped me get the best storage while the contractor told me last minute that I had to remove all of my items. This is not your traditional storage place. It is so much better! I would have never known if I did not step in and take a tour. I am referring my family at this moment. I couldn’t even wait to get this review. I am sitting in the car. That’s how excited I am. Thanks again US Storage Centers!

Alex was amazing. Great guy helpful and knows his stuff. He should be running this unit. Didn’t know he didn’t work there permanently because by his service, I’d drive to Alhambra to his location. Appreciate US Storage for everything and for taking care of all me storage need. Thanks Alex!!! 10 stars!!!!

Marcela is the best! So is David! They were so so helpful and made the unit rental experience so smooth and great. We have been to several different storage buildings all around and none of them are as clean, organized, and as well run as this one. What makes all the difference is the incredible staff who helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions so knowledgeably and succinctly. Highly recommend!

I’ll start off by saying that the staff in the front desk are awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really go above and beyond to help make the process as smooth as possible. The facility itself is super clean and well taken care of. The units are exactly what you’d look for on a storage unit. We shopped around and looked at 3 different facilities. This one offered the best prices. I’d definitely recommend 10/10 if you’re on the market for some extra storage.

I've always had a great experience here. The units are clean and it's safe as well. I had a bit of an emergency where I needed assistance and Lizette came through and saved the day! She was also very kind. Def recommend this location. Everyone I've met have been very helpful and kind.
